Refund Policy

In over 1,000 DVD's sold through the web-site alone, we have yet to receive one complaint or hear from even one unhappy customer. We have received hundreds of e-mails from very happy and satisfied buyers, a tiny fraction of which appear on the Home Page.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase your entire purchase price will be refunded. Simply write to: leeohara@sbcglobal.net, within 30 days of purchase stating your dissatisfaction. Upon receipt of your returned DVD/DVD's, your purchase price will be promptly returned, either as a re-credit to your credit card, or by check, according to the method of payment received by EZ Garden.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to EZ Garden. EZ Garden will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to EZ Garden. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address, and/or mailing address.
 
 

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
- All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on EZ Garden’s Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
